Easy-Access

All relevant inventory items are recorded in a central database with individual parameters. On the one hand every object gets dedicated to an inventory group and on the other hand it gets dedicated to a responsible person or person group too. The location of the item gets recorded as well. After this, labels with barcode or RFID-chip will be printed and attached on location for every recorded item.


Circular Cycle


The software of yomobile° inventory calculates with the help of the adjusted parameters the inventories to test. As a daily Email-status report the checklist gets posted to persons or person groups in charge and transferred to the mobile barcode- or RFID-scanner.

As a part of a tour the items to test gets scanned trough laser scan or radio and the new status will be saved. After this tour the end device sends its data back to the central database.

Software on the mobile scanner

Handheld scanner which are used for yomobile° inventory inventory are equipped with gathering software. The easily to learn application decorates itself with a user-friendly handling via keyboard or touch screen.


With the mobile scanner you are checking the status of your inventory. The recording occurs, depending on the version, when scanning the barcode or the RFID-tags directly on the inventory item. It’s your choice whether to use your existing scanner equipment or to fit out yourself with new handheld scanners.

Windows-Client / Web-Client

The client of yomobile° inventory is a hundred percent .NET-application. Take advantage of the ability to access your database with a Windows-client or with the Web-client from anywhere you want to.

  • Mobiler Scanner
    yomobile° inventory runs on Microsoft™ Windows CE plattforms beginning with version 5, but it also runs on Microsoft™ Windows XP, for example on Tablet-PCs. Use your existing end devices or let us fit you up with suitable scanner equipment. We offer you scanner with laser- and RFID-technology.
  • Database and mail service
    yomobile° inventory stores all data in a central and license free database (Microsoft™ SQL Express). For sure you can also use your already existing Microsoft™ SQL Server.
  • Windows Client
    yomobile° inventory gets operated with a Windows client. With this client all inputs are possible.
  • Web client
    yomobile° inventory gets also operated – if favored -  completely via Web client. Spare yourself the distribution of software in your business and access your data directly over the internet.
  • Label printer
    yomobile° inventory prints the needed labels identifying your inventory on the matching label printers.
