What is the daily health report?

The daily health report offers you on one side a clear structures and concise summary of your status following components:

  • Backup-Tasks
  • Update of your virus protection
  • Status of your hard disks
  • Size of your exchange-store
  • Growth of your consumption of disk space
  • Event log
  • Attempted attacks of hackers

If we support your IT, you can be sure, that we will take charge of any IT problems. If we do not support your IT, you will solve the problem on your own or you may ask for support.

What is the weekly health report?

Sometimes much is simply too much. The weekly health report, which is delivered once a week on your preferred day, sums up the outcome of daily health reports. You are informed about potential problems and you can be sure, that we check your systems every morning.

What is the monthly client report?

The monthly client report covers all information about troubles or events in the last month. You see colorful graphs, which show you the following:

  • Development of your disc space
  • Percentage of positive analyses of 24/7-testings
  • Decoding of troubles according to type.
  • Status of backups and virus protection

You see which component of your network is fragile and causes failures. We can react to these problems together and boost the availability of your systems.
